Making post WOD sweat angels with my girlfriend. Today we got Murph’d. For those of you who don’t know, here’s the rundown of “Murph”. 

1 mile run
100 pull-ups 
200 push-ups 
300 body weight squats
1 mile run

I partitioned the pull-ups, push-ups and squats into 20 rounds of “Cindy”, which was still pretty awful. Finished in 52:20 which I’m pleased with for my first encounter with the infamous “Murph”. Rest in peace you bad mother fucker. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘
